These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ShubhShree Events website and all services offered by the company, including event management and national and international group tours. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Services
ShubhShree Events provides corporate event planning, wedding event management, social and religious event coordination, conference and seminar planning, exhibition management, corporate training programs, music events, fashion shows, art and culture events, national and international group tour planning, travel coordination, venue support, decoration, entertainment, hospitality, logistics, and related services based on the requirements agreed with the client.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving written approval from our team and the required advance payment. Dates, venues, vendors, and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3. Payments
A booking advance is required to secure event dates, tour bookings, and services. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule before the event or tour date.
Late payments may result in delays, cancellation of services, or additional charges. Any third party costs, taxes, travel expenses, accommodation costs, visa fees, hotel bookings, vendor charges, transportation charges, or government fees related to the event or tour will be charged separately if applicable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to the event or tour including dates, guest count, venue details, travel details, permissions, schedules, and any special requirements.
The client must ensure that all information provided is correct and updated. ShubhShree Events will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.
5. Changes to Event Requirements
Any request for changes in event dates, timing, guest count, venue, decoration, services, or vendor selection after confirmation may result in additional charges.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed once bookings are confirmed.
6. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing through email or official communication.
• If the client cancels the event more than 90 days before the event date, the advance amount may be partially refundable after deducting any planning costs or third party expenses already incurred.
• If the cancellation is made between 60 and 90 days before the event date, up to 50 percent of the total agreed amount may be charged.
• If the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the event date, up to 80 percent of the total agreed amount may be charged.
• If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event date, the full amount may be charged due to vendor commitments, blocked dates, and non refundable expenses.
Any non refundable bookings, travel arrangements, venue charges, artist fees, hotel bookings, tour bookings, visa fees, transportation tickets, decoration work, or vendor payments already made will remain non refundable.
7. Cancellation or Postponement by Company
ShubhShree Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event or tour due to reasons beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, political issues, strikes, venue closures, technical failures, pandemics, severe weather conditions, airline issues, transportation delays, or force majeure situations.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date, alternative arrangements, or adjust the event or tour plan. However, we will not be responsible for any indirect loss, travel costs, accommodation costs, business losses, or emotional distress caused by such cancellation or postponement.
8. Vendor and Third Party Services
Certain services may be provided by third party vendors including decorators, caterers, entertainers, hotels, transportation providers, travel agencies, photographers, airlines, or venue owners.
While we work only with trusted partners, ShubhShree Events is not directly responsible for delays, cancellations, service failures, food quality issues, technical failures, travel issues, damages, or losses caused by third party vendors.
9. Liability
ShubhShree Events will not be responsible for any personal injury, accident, theft, property damage, guest misconduct, loss of valuables, or unforeseen incident during the event or tour.
The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and behavior of guests, invitees, and attendees throughout the event or tour.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage loss, visa rejection, transportation issues, airline schedule changes, hotel issues, or other travel related problems caused by third party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and branding materials belong to ShubhShree Events and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
11. Promotional Use
ShubhShree Events may use photographs, videos, event visuals, or general event footage for promotional, portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the event.
12. Website Use
Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, copy website material, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website, forms, or event inquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company’s registered location.
15. Changes to Terms
ShubhShree Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after such changes means you accept the updated terms.
